About 8-1/2 years of working experience in the field of telecommunication engineering. Responsible for testing & commissioning, operation & maintenance of EWSD and NEAX61E Digital Switching system. Also responsible for providing smooth and uninterrupted Telecom services by observing standard procedures as recommended by the manufacturer.
Part of customer care system of PTCL and maintenance management for EWSD and NEAX61E digital switching systems, especially OMC point of view.
Recently completed M.Sc in Telecom Management offered by INT France. The title of the memoir is
"INTELLIGENT NETWORK: ANALYSIS AND MARKET PLAN"
The memoir was written keeping in view the international trends in the field of value added services, their importance to PTCL, the current and future scenario of the IN services in Pakistan, their impact on existing network and proposed Market Plan of IN services for PTCL.
